It is a great Island for Vacations
Hi Mr White...summer is over in philly, but not here in south florida. The pool temperature is still 85, no issue there. Sanibel or Fort Lauderdale should be just about perfect for a florida beach vacation in September. And the kitty wants to start staying out late in preparation to your departure. 3am for the kitty tonight!

Start with Sanibel Flats Book

Have you heard of Author Randy White, he is a big star here on the islands and has a couple of cool restaurants in the area. I would recommend his Doc Ford Series. He has a bunch of neat ones that you could choose from. You will be a fan in no time. Begin with Sanibel Flats (very first in the series), and I also enjoyed Shark River and The Heat Islands.
