Looking at Moving to SW Florida
The Case-Shiller home price index indicates the Naples area is over twice as expensive as Cape Coral / Ft. Myers , and that both areas will experience another 15% drop this year. Florida's moved to the top of my retirement destinations because it’s ranked so well regarding having the least allergens.

The best place for a beach picnic in Naples
Delnor Wiggins Park is the coolest, we love a picnic by the beach. We stop and hit Subway and take our sandwiches and drinks there by the shore. Plenty of picnic tables are waiting for you here!

Everyone love the speedy airboat rides. Camping along the waterfront is so cool too. Plus, Naples and or Collier County has a ton of cool nature focused places to explore. We like all of the different preservation zones, most are an easy drive away. Try Corkscrew Swamp, Ten Thousand Islands National Park, Everglades National Park, Big Cypress National Park, Florida Panther Refuge, and the mighty Picayune Strand State Forest.
