Only Disney could make a hotel area so special. We loved it and free transportation to the theme parks. The style of the hotel goes perfect with a visit a Disney Water Park. We like Typhoon Lagoon with its giant wave pool. So fun to play in these huge waves and it has a giant volcano as its backdrop. We would stay here any time the weather is warm, it is a great outdoor playground hotel.

Our Family is into the Huge Waterparks
You can take quick shuttles to Disney's Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon Water Parks, they are top notch. We love it, better than the regular stuff on a light crowd day. Not always open if lightning or too cold in the winter, so the quality does vary based on season. See concierge desk in Key West Resort Lobby for daily shuttle times to the waterparks. Takes five minutes to get there.

Primetime stay at Orlando beach
This is a fancy place and it is very beautiful, just like spending the night on an island. Accommodations are very nice, with a soothing beach theme. Ours was a traditional room not a suite, thereby we saved a few dollars. This is the Florida Keys and you are smack in the middle of it at the big swimming pool. Bring your snorkels!
