Boating Safety is a Big Deal
Yeah...I bought the boat tow insurance today! We are covered and now go from Pine Island to Boca Grande, plus hit Cayo Costa. It is a fabulous boating zone because so much of it is undeveloped and the fish have all that for breeding.

Hooray for Florida Small Boating

There are many advantages to using a small fishing boat around Pine Island and Estero Bay. First of all, you will have a much better time as you will not be looking at the depth finder all day long. I hate staring at that thing. Of course the small boats are cheaper, leaving more money for beer, wings, tackle, and bait. The core advantage of small fishing boats here is access to better spots and more scenic locations, where the bigger boat is stuck in the channels.
