Use the Pier when it is Cool
The best way to fish is to wade in the water, about three feet deep. It is just a very special experience. You feel one with nature as you can see the little fish cruise by around your feet! I do put on some wet-wearable shoes. Got mine at the shoe store next to Jerry's Grocery, right up Periwinkle by the city playground park.
