Living near the St. Pete Events
Being near the action is nice. St. Petersburg landmarks and attractions celebrate year-round, Rib Fest is my personal favorite. The holidays are great, plus the normal ongoing weekly events and specials.

Snell Isle, Old Northeast, Vinoy Park
Visiting the area, you'll want to devote a full day to explore the waterfront. So much is around, including Downtown St. Petersburg's historic neighborhoods (Snell Isle, Old Northeast, and Vinoy Park). Downtown has the art district, highly packed with neat galleries, bars and restaurants.
