Losing Weight on Vacation in Sanibel
My top pick for local beaches. If you need help finding a hotel, just let me know. I don't mind driving up tomorrow if you need help. Otherwise, I am going to learn my way around the island and exercise, getting ready for another Keys Trip. I lost about 4-5 pounds, since I did not have any beer at all this week. The West Wind pool is now 85 degrees today!

This is one of the finer spots to get out and hit the water, shallow for children to enjoy too. They have a nice parking lot zone, with metered parking for your car. Pick a spot and bring your umbrellas, so you can stay for a few hours without getting roasted by the sun. Do bring your water toys and fishing poles.
