What a beautiful area to toss in your line! You can fish off the shore or bridge, but I enjoy wading out to about 4 feet in the clear water. They have bait, supplies, and a modern boat ramp. I have decided to pay a few bucks and go out with a pro. What a whirl of fun. Party Boats have been under $50.

Things to know about Florida Keys snorkeling
The water is really nice here, but of course everything depends on the wind speed and the wind direction. Typically either the beachside or the lagoon area is perfect for snorkeling. Go for the one that seems to smoothest. Flat water is the best way to have a good time snorkeling.
