We had a nice time in Cocoa Beach. We went to the Surf Festival which was really fun to see. Some of the surfers were amazing. After we left the festival at the pier, we went back to our hotel and used the boogie boards and rode some waves. The little tiki bar is a nice touch out behind the swimming pool. Just a super spot!
Taking the the Family to Cocoa Stu, You can come up when you want, as the hotel here is so nice. I am just getting ready, finishing unpacking. Our room is on the fifth floor over the cool swimming pool. I love Cocoa already.
Things we learned staying at the fantastic Courtyard Cherie Down Park is worth the bike ride. We liked the food at the La Fiesta, 7802 North Atlantic Avenue. Also, the Royal Mansions Resort looked nice, as we are always looking for the deals on Cocoa Beach Hotels.
Great Swimming Pool at the Hotel Great place, and bring your body board. It is fun, and we do not stand up on the board. We just ride on our stomach. It is a lot of fun and great exercise. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool too. The pool has these huge oak trees next to it, so it is shady there. That makes it a really nice atmosphere.
